1. Delivery Rates & Options
We offer weight-based standard courier shipping across South Africa, as well as free shipping for qualifying order values.

Orders over R1,500.00: FREE Delivery (1 – 4 business days after dispatch)

0 – 1 kg: R100.00 Standard Courier (1 – 4 business days after dispatch)

1 – 3 kg: R130.00 Standard Courier (1 – 4 business days after dispatch)

3.1 – 6 kg: R180.00 Standard Courier (1 – 4 business days after dispatch)

6.1 – 20 kg: R320.00 Standard Courier (1 – 4 business days after dispatch)
2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Dispatch: Once your order is packed and dispatched, delivery takes between 1 to 4 business days depending on your destination (main centres generally arrive faster than regional/outlying areas).
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and details to follow your order online.
