All products carry an exchange guarantee for a period of 6 months in event of a manufacturing defect or fault.
All goods will be inspected on return. If a fault is confirmed we will process a refund on receipt, or an exchange will be processed as per the customers requirement.
• The item is the customers responsibility until it received at Animals Inc.
• The cost of returning the item to Animals Inc is the responsibility of the customer.
When sending the item back to Animals Inc, please ensure the following details are included
- Your original order number/invoice number
- Your contact number and email address
- Item/s you wish to exchange
- Reason for the return/exchange
- Return courier fee, if it is an exchange
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email email@example.com quoting your order number, along with your name and address, details of the product. We'll then advise on how to proceed with the exchange.
When trying the items of clothing on your pet, please ensure that they are clean to ensure that no marks are left on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of use.

Items purchased in a clearance sale or an end on range sale , may not be returned for a refund or exchanged for other products.
